[Noisebridge-discuss] deep crack announcement .. tax issue/

This is a very good point.  Awesome as it would be to have Deep Crack,
if it's going to prevent, or possibly prevent, some of our members (or
associates) who are not US citizens from participating fully in
Noisebridge, I'd reluctantly have to opine that it ought to be kept
elsewhere.

Jake if you have not yet talked to the lawyer, would you add this item
to your lawyer talking point list?
