This very cleanly summarizes my position. Let's find out whether this  
is actually an issue. Let's not _ASSUME_ it won't be an issue -  
because US immigration laws are well known to be fickle and impervious  
to common sense. But let's find out.

I do not want a decision on this until we know. If a decision before  
that is forced, I will block it. Once we know what the deal with the  
US citizenry is, I would think it absolutely AWESOME to have it around  
- - if all other issues (space, energy, et.c.) find satisfactory  
solutions. But the US Citizen clause does worry me.
