American Science and Surplus (www.sciplus.com) has plain ones for $16.95
apiece, or ones with "EstroStep norethindrone acetate and ethinyl
estradiol tablets -- Estrophasic Regimen" embroidered on the pocket for
$4.95 apiece. They also have disposable, water-resistant ones (probably
vinyl) for $2.95 apiece.
