My preference is for the weekday evenings, however Sunday could work as
a fall-back plan.  I'd be happy to talk about (random thoughts)..

* Building a 1500+ user network in the desert
* How that magical BGP/routing stuff works
* Monitoring - Nagios + Cacti aren't the only game in town
* Security 101 in production environments (bastion hosts, ACLs,
policies, keeping engineers at bay, etc)
