[Noisebridge-discuss] smoking at noisebridge (was Re: Be Excellent to one another)

I googled Sec 1009.22 prohibiting smoking in buildings. The law says  
you can't smoke tobacco in or near non-profit establishments. Smoking  
marijuana would be legal if Noisebridge were to become a medical  
marijuana buyers club. Bake sale fundraiser anyone?
