*Ahem*

Ya'll be bein' pigs.

Old NoiseBridge is pretty gross. Ya'll be leaving your food out with
the explanation "Anyone want some of this?"

The sentiment is, indeed, being excellent to us all. But it is not
without consequence. If you do such a gratuitous act, in the form of
offering food to everyone, you then take on the responsibility of
cleaning up after, at least, yourself. Feeding the teaming masses of
starving hackers at 83c is not a saintly enough act to dissolve you
from the responsibility of cleaning up after yourselves. Consider it
the closure on such an act, signifying your sincerity.

So, simple rule: you use a dish, you wash that dish. If the clean rack
is full, push the assembly line forward and put a dish back on the
shelf.

There were some rotting fruit halves on the counter, as well as some
seriously aromatic fungi living in the mugs behind the sink faucet,
today.

Totally not blaming anyone person, but certainly excluding Mitch, who
has done lots of dish washing. I did a round myself today, and I
propose that ya'll do one round, yourselves, as the rest of the
unwashed masses of members are not going to be doing them.

Hurray, look at me, I am totally holier than thou!

Whatever, just clean up after yourselves. Leaving nonperishables, such
as chips, is OK. But no one wants your extra Salsa, Burrito stump, nor
half a peach/pluot/nectarine

FIGHT WITH KNIVES!
