[Noisebridge-discuss] garbage service change

I just changed our garbage service from a 32 gallon to a 64 gallon bin
(garbage only, recycling was and is a 64 gallon bin).  This doubles our
cost (!) but we can drop back to a smaller bin if it turns out we
generate less garbage in future.

Next Tuesday, we should NOT bring the black bin back in, and it will get
swapped out at some point that day for the larger bin.  Can someone
volunteer to ensure this happens and bring the new bin in?  I will be
out of town.
