All who are interested in the industrial machines:

They are in the basement.  We are allowed to go take our pick.  When we
have the $$ collected, I'll call Henry and arrange to hand over the
dough.  (There is a dead rat in the basement which they say they will
clean up; I'm in favor of waiting a bit before going down there, to see
if they do that soon.)
