   thanks. seems to me the wiki could stand 
some reorganizing. trouble is, the do-ocracy 
approach (just do it) sometimes stirs things 
up in a dysfunctional way. i can't find a 
top or second level link to bylaws (might 
be good to lump together with board of 
directors and maybe some other similar info).
