No, we don't.  Please don't pretend that it's OK for us to randomly hang
out on the roof -- our lease specifically says that we agreed not to do
that, and we are responsible for any damage we do (up to and including
replacing the roof wholesale).

The roof is not designed for heavy traffic, and we would have to have a
contractor build a deck if we wanted regular access.  We WILL damage it
to the point of needing significant repairs if we repeatedly walk on it
in the current state.

We did agree with the landlord that we can access the roof for antenna
or other infrastructure installation so long as we are careful to avoid
damaging the roof and take responsibility for any damage we do.  So if
you're working on a skylight, or installing a wifi antenna, carefully
going up on the roof is OK.  Smoking on the roof or fucking on the
skylights is not OK and I'll break your arms if I see you doing it.
