Wouldn't a sane person put their pub key on a server already? I don't
see any reason why we should flood the list with our keys if we still
have to confirm them in person.

I've create this page on the wiki for people to list off that they're
special for using PGP, this should make it easier for us to know who to
poke for signage when actually in this space. I also added a reminder to
the end of the meeting agenda, as this is something we (people
participating) could simply do once a meeting is over.

If you've want to sign keys, throw your name on that page, sticking your
key id on there wouldn't hurt.
