I've screen printed on strechy fabric -- cotton polyester blends.   It
looked great, included text, and was legible.  It was printed while
slightly stretched on a backboard, with a single color.

workshopsf.org has screen printing equipment, screen printing classes,
and studio time available.

The laundry/wash features of the in-progress Noisebridge D/O room &
facilities closet will simplify screen printing here.
