TSC 4423CPA 8931 DY Box is from Teledyne Semi, but no guarantee that the box is original. I Googled a bit and couldn't find it. There is a Burr-Brown precision oscilator that might be related, but I couldn't get a datasheet for it. 8Pin DIP I have a couple dozen and if they are nothing I need I'll donate to NB
