[Noisebridge-discuss] Is there a good way to do incrementally updated torrents?

When you start a torrent that has multiple files,
if the directory on the client side already has some of the files in it,
the bittorrent client app (utorrent, rtorrent, etc) will compare those
specific files with the .torrent to see how complete they are.
If they are the same files referenced in the .torrent and they are complete,
bittorrent has no need to replace them by redownloading.
