[Noisebridge-discuss] Noisebridge: Death and Taxes

So, I think we should have a "fix noisebridge funding hackathon" at NB.
I'll be in town for the holidays if anyone else wants to join in on this.
We really shouldn't be in this situation with the amount of people coming
through the space. The way I see it, we have several issues we need to fix,
and it will take a team effort:

1) we need to get the NB funding situation in people's faces somehow.
NB-discuss is far too noisy and people don't go to the meetings
2) we need to call/email/spread the word with people personally right now
3) we need to get a push button system in place to harruange people via
email or txt or phone to pay up
4) we also need to have some sort of public real timeish display of our
funding levels and danger zones.
5) (maybe) we should streamline our membership model to be slightly more
accessible/less threatening to new people (don't quote me on this because I
want to stay on topic of raising funds)

Each of these things shouldn't take more than a couple of hours worth of
work.... I'd love to hear any other ideas...
