I started the Linux On Unmodified Box wiki, back in late 2002....

The Xbox-Linux project has really reoganized things -- not that you 
*necessarily* want to run Linux, but their documentation is good: 
http://www.xbox-linux.org/wiki/Getting_Started

Go through that, and let me know what you get stuck on.
