[Noisebridge-discuss] Looking for legal/organizational advice on setting up a free software foundation

Hi there, was hoping to get some orientation and advice.

Some friends of mine have developed a system called Jelly
(http://jellyproject.com/#Manifesto) designed to allow people to build
powerful complex websites really easily, basically the ease of use (or
better) of a wiki, but with rich media. I'm helping them organize
prior to rollout.

We need to hammer out IP,  licensing, and organization. Ideally we'd
set up  a system where it is made freely available, with a charge only
for commercial use.

Who is a good person to talk to about this? I'm not looking for free
advice - I need to find someone to work with on this.
