There isn't a specific place yet, it's a wiki work in progress. There's the
Category called "Projects"
(https://www.noisebridge.net/wiki/Category:Projects) and "Events"
(https://www.noisebridge.net/wiki/Category:Events) that you should tag your
page with. It can be hard to categorize the going-ons, so I think the thing
to do is follow the Wikipedia ethos of "Be bold in updating pages".
