I still think the place is usable for hacking, though my hands were getting
a little cold, even with fingerless gloves.  Putting my money where my mouth
is, I imported some USB-powered heated gloves from Hong Kong (being a
corporation is sometimes awesome):

They're great, and, for $10, totally worth it.  I have extra pairs if anyone
