I'm not seeing randomization.  Currently, the new logo seems to only  
show on the index page, and the standard logo seems to only show on  
non-index pages.

I highly endorse complete randomization and everyone being able to add  
to the pool.  I have a few ideas I'd like to work up and add to the  
pool, too.
