Yeah, EEG is really not that hard--the harder problem is making it
portable. We're working on that. I'm neck deep in EEG technology right
now, so this would be a good time to start a new project. I generally
think that our capabilities are pretty broad right now, but I'm a
scientist so I really don't come up with many ideas for hacker-type
projects in this domain. I don't want my EEG to DO anything, I just
want insanely clean data to play with.

There was talk of hooking up the EEG to the door buzzer at 2169 (Open
the door with your mind!) or the music system (Oh you want to listen
to glitch metal? Sure, let me just wire you up to the remote control.)
but no one has adopted a project.

There's a fair amount of interesting hardware and programming work to
do, so the collaborative possibilities are pretty varied.  Anyone can
feel free to bug me if they have ideas.
