Maybe they could work out some kinda reciprocal arrangement.
Come to think of it, many of us travel often. Wouldn't it be nice if
your membership at some space was useful when visiting elsewhere, just
like national gym chains?
In a way, members of hacker spaces already have this unofficial
reciprocal agreement: If you visit a hacker space anywhere in the world
you are automatically treated as if you are a member there.
What if places like the Tech Shop had the same arrangement, either with
other branches of TS, or other places like them?
Wouldn't it make traveling more fun?
Wouldn't it make joining those places more attractive?
I wonder if Jim Newton is on this list...
