i'm very sure a place with that kind of equipment; requiring sufficient
professionals to run, maintain, and teach classes on their use; including
the demo, build out, rent and general upkeep of a 15,000 sq/foot space costs
a pretty penny.

also remember all those 25k pledges are loans with a 10% payback on them.

just sayin' i'm sure the money has proper justification.
