[Noisebridge-discuss] Trash reminder script

Per discussion @ meeting tonight, a simple way to automatically remind
everyone to take out the trash.

Files are in pony:/home/saizai/trash

* reminder script - announces 'Take out the trash' every 5s in the
same way as noisegate until /tmp/itookoutthetrash exists
* touchpanel page - touches /tmp/itookoutthetrash (should also be
hooked up as pony.noise/trash)
* suggested crontab - rm /tmp/itookoutthetrash at 5pm, run reminder
script at 6pm mon/thurs

Someone w/ appropriate root on pony & appropriate ssh key privileges
(Rubin?), please review and install.

If any of y'all have a better idea, feel free to suggest. This is just
a dead-simple kludge.
