While I'm personally in favor of it, *especially* for someone who puts
as much of his free time into NB as Miloh, I've been told by quite a
number of people that requiring money for a class is "not ok".  Even for
my cooking class, where any excess funds are going towards stuff for the
NB kitchen (speaking of which, I have some stuff to drop off thanks to
last class).

One suggested possibility would be to give "membership credit" to those
who teach regular classes rather than cash, and then strongly
encouraging sliding-scale donations to NB for the class. Possibly this
could be less contentious than direct fees for the classes for the
presenter, while still helping Miloh's balance sheet.  It would
certainly prevent any profiteering using NB class space.

Oh, and I'd be interested in an Arduino kit, even if it was somewhat
above cost.
