[Noisebridge-discuss] Removing built-in apps in Android?

I'd like to embark on a project making a customized Android device for my
kid sister. Part of this will involve removing some of the built in apps.

I haven't done android development, so if there's any going on at NB, I
would love some coding buddies for the cursing-the-screen phase as I learn
the sdk.
