I need to buffer a signal in a 3V system, and would like to pick this up 
today or tomorrow so I can continue testing. Prefer inverting, but not 
critical.

I'm happy to replace, repay in cash, or swap for appropriate fraction of 
Arduino (I'm trying to promote the use of Arduinos as currency in the 
geek community)

Prefer Berkeley today/tonight or SF tonight/tomorrow
