I like the idea of a rotating password you have use in your SMS message.

I think it would be cool to have an algorithm we use to generate a hash 
based on a shared secret and the current week number.  That way the kiosks 
could show the current and next week's key, and the SMS thingy could use 
the same algorithm to test whether the key was valid.

If someone figures out the secret and the algorithm, well, more power to 
them. :)
