Wifi would probably be the best option for reduced payload additions, since
the G1 has it on board and all that.  If it's tethered then how far away are
we going to get anyway?  I know Jonathan was mentioning he had some
directional antennas.  I'm thinking we could probably get the range as far
as we need it for this application, considering we'd been considering trying
to get wifi all the way up to the untethered balloon.
