The webserver at my work has been seeing some DOS type activity lately. 
The organization engages in corporate campaigning for human rights and 
the environment, so we have a few enemies.

We're already turning up some remote caching proxies. Additionally we'd 
like to bring in someone with expertise in Apache hardening and 
optimization.
