What time are you leaving Noisebridge on Friday afternoon for setup?

Everyone should know what they're doing (Zedd, got that fence yet?) but I've been getting a lot of questions from people wondering if they should volunteer to help. Let me address this thusly:

Setup if Friday afternoon, tear down Sunday evening around 6. Nils is driving everything back Sunday and handling cleanup, I am driving everything down on Friday and managing setup. Both of these tasks require people, and we don't need an RSVP list. Just show up and help.

This year, I think we can play it all by ear. At no point during the Maker Faire last year was the booth empty, and most people who had shifts traded them around with each other or didn't show at all. It didn't make a difference, the booth was very well staffed for the entire event.
