Hey all,

I'm planning on offering a Ruby class at Noisebridge for interested
parties. If you like that idea feel free to throw out some encouraging
words. It'll be friendly to complete programming noobs, so no worries if
you've never written a 'hello, world', and it will be guided largely by the
experience levels and interests of attendees. We'll be using the Test First
Teaching material developed by Alex Chaffee and Sarah Allen (names you'll
come to recognize in the Ruby community) and contributing more code to the
project as we go along. If you can't wait to get started drop in Saturday
evening between 4pm and 8pm and I'll help you get your computer set up and
get you programming. It'll be pretty informal initially--we can solidify
the schedule and curriculum as we go along.

Take care,
-Robert
