Both apply to fixing the cord and connector.  Worth examining since
apart from not having it plugged in properly, it's the
easiest/cheapest problem to fix in the "does not power up or charge"
category.

BTW, I picked up a spare charger just in case.  Never hurts to have
one for home, one for office.
