[Noisebridge-discuss] Proposals for group projects

To help track the scoreboard of things which are being mooted as "needs to
be done" around the space, I created a wiki page:

I added Rachel's ideas as placeholder/examples, mostly because they were
easy to identify.

Feel free to add things to the list if you think they should be done, and
especially if you aren't going to make them happen yourself, and maybe
someone will want to adopt your pet project.  (I don't think Rachel's ideas
fall into this heading, since she seems to be a Noisebridger Of Action,
they're just easy to characterize.)
