An important part of Noisebridge culture is: don't solve problems before you
have them.

Oh god, that double entendre wasn't intended, but the mental image of it
will never leave my mind.

But the point stands.  We should not preemptively ban Rubin's penis, because
it sets a poor precedent re: preemptive penis-related rules.
