Also, something to seriously consider re signs and especially re DPI:
Safe Harbor provisions (if NB qualifies in the first place, which I
think it does but I also think is debatable) ONLY apply if you do NOT
actively try to control what people do.

The moment you start looking, filtering, controlling, etc content, you
assume liability for doing so thoroughly.

Which is why the legally best policy (AFAIUI) is also the
NB-philosophical one: let anyone do anything without logs and just
trust 'em to be good.
