Is it good, vs. eg the Flip Ultra HD?

FWIW, my own needs:

Reqs:
* can transfer video to laptop's HD digitally (i.e. no tapes)
* can transfer video and power camera as fast as it records (i.e. if I
connect it to a laptop, I should be able to record indefinitely by
continuously copying everything to the laptop's hard drive; AFAICT
Flip fails this)
* ≥720p, 60fps (fps is so that I can crisply record ASL)
* decent onboard mic

Pros:
* small
* cheap
* image stabilization
* line in port for offboard audio
* onboard 2h storage (something that requires a laptop connected, like
a webcam, is OK if the quality is good enough)

Irrelevant:
* digital zoom (will never use it)
* sharing or editing software
* onboard viewing
