Hi Ronald, I just moved here from Massachusetts too, welcome! I found a
place in the Mission and I'm really excited about the neighborhood, but it
totally depends on what you're looking for pricewise and what you mean by
'bad area' and 'good restaurant.' Having just done a ton of research about
housing, I'd be happy to talk with you more off-list.
