I rarely comment on this list and visit the space very infrequently but here's 2 comments-

A while back I threw a note on here that I had a big but inactive garden space in my apartment yard, 2 blocks from noisebridge.  It's now an active community garden (private property used in my name), with cooperation from a small group who got together via here and craigslist.  Contact me about it any time.  

I would extend an invite for travelers to use my couch for short times (a night or 2) but I'm not on couchsurfing or anything.  If there was a noisebridge-specific list for that I'd put my name on it.
