There is a series (12-15) of free (non-credit) seminars at City College re
starting up any small business (many people there want internet of course).
I tried a couple -- you should have an Idea first.

PG does give a "summer school" course and $5000 bucks + free legal /
accounting set up. Again you need to have your Idea - and ready to go I mean
ready.


Do you have an Idea which you have in hand.

p.s. A lot of people want to do a Web App but IMHO you need the App first
and then you Webify it. Usually, unless it is something really inventive
like the first Wiki even then you need Content.
