I hope it's not gone. I've seen it around the place recently so it would
have had to disappear recently. Hopefully it has preyproject on it and we
can track it down.
If anyone needs to break the password off a windows computer, like one of
the noisebridge computers to whom nobody knows the password, you can get a
boot disk image from the following site for resetting the password:
http://www.pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/
for future reference, if someone installs windows (or anything) on a
public computer at noisebridge, they should write on it either the
password or the person to contact for password access.

I was lasing some stuff last Saturday and using a NB laptop that had
Inkscape and RetinaEngrave (laser cutter driver) on it. Laurent (sp?)
helped me locate it; I don't remember what kind of machine it was, but
it had a red NB sticker on it.
This week, I came in looking for that laptop, and I can't find it
anywhere. This is not so great it's the only way people who aren't
running Windows can use the laser cutter. I'm afraid somebody may have
walked off with it.
If you borrowed the laptop, put it back; if you know where it is, ask
the borrower to put it back; if you have the admin password to the
Toshiba laptop that currently doesn't have the laser cutter driver on
it, kindly share that password and we can crown that laptop the new
laser laptop.
