I hope it does. 

The reason I was hoping for good clear video of books and bikes is because they are almost always still usable, and appear so when people look at them.

If you find a pile of abandoned books and bikes, you find somebody who wants them, you don't destroy them. Anybody looking at that video would wonder why they'd be doing that.

In LA, according to what I read, the police cut holes in tents, bent poles, etc. The resulting debris would of course look like junk even if it was brand new when the police got involved.
