[Noisebridge-discuss] dues payment, wells fargo transfer to paypal?

Hi to all!
I need to pay my hungry hacker dues (I'm behind from December) but I can not 
find how to transfer funds from my Wells Fargo account to my Paypal account (I 
do not have credit or debit card). Does any one knows how to do it by on-line 
banking step by step? I've asked Wells Fargo agent and I wonder if she even read 
my question, I doubt it.
