[Noisebridge-discuss] Bill, Ted and Noisebridge's "Excellent" document

On the topic of "Signal 2 Noise", we should keep an archive of those on 
the wiki.

Thank you for doing those.  I've read both of the two we have so far 
from beginning to end.  I thoroughly enjoyed reading them both.
