I setup http://gallery.noisebridge.net because we already have two
Flickr groups and nobody really uses them on a regular basis:
http://www.flickr.com/groups/noisebridge
and
http://www.flickr.com/groups/nb-optics/
Bulk uploading to Flickr is kind of a hassle. This new setup allows
easy bulk uploading with FTP. Each folder is its own album. Just ftp
in, create a folder, upload the pictures, and that's it. Also, just
fyi, underscores in filenames will be displayed as spaces.
Implementing right-click to "Open in New Tab" is at the top of my list.
Also better permalinks for images. By default, the gallery script
obfuscates everything to prevent direct-linking to images.
The entire gallery is a single php file, requiring no separate database
or anything. If you want to view the readme, help yourself:
