[Noisebridge-discuss] phonebooth / tardis

There is no consistently quiet private space in Noisebridge to take a 
phone call.  A phone booth could be done really well with voice-over-ip, 
a webcam, touchscreen, etc.

If there's a definitive spec for the supplies for a tardis, I'd 
certainly consider coming up with some money for that.
