Frantisek,
I recommend a "virtual root" server instead of just hosting.
Virtual root gives you a dedicated virtual linux server, so you can ssh 
into it and run whatever you want.

I use slicehost, which is $20 a month but they're very reliable and 
owned by Rackspace. http://www.slicehost.com/ .  I stay with slicehost 
because I've used them for years.  If you google for "virtual root" you 
will probably find some better deals.

If you get a virtual root server, I will setup apache, php, mysql, and 
mediawiki wiki for you.  Should only take me about an hour to get it all 
done.
