[Noisebridge-discuss] circuit hacking equipment funds jar - something that might work

   Al's comments look right to me. However, nothing 
prevents one from setting up a donation jar for 
whatever they like and managing the money (don't 
put the work for your your pet project on others, 
not even the treasurer).
