[Noisebridge-discuss] noisebridge-discuss: mailing list versus forum system

I think a forum would probably create another distinct community, like
-discuss and #noisebridge are distinct communities, if it was used at all.
 That does not seem like a bad thing to me, necessarily.

What do you need in order to get a forum going?
