[Noisebridge-discuss] original source of Eye-Fi cards?

Does anyone know who the original OEM manufacturer is of the Eye-Fi cards?

I have a project that could use them, and we're looking at possibly
needing a sufficient quantity that would merit looking at cheaper
(Taiwanese?) versions and possibly see if there is, say, an SDK that
allows us to program them differently.
